If I have to introduce myself to you, I would say that I am a pharmacist by profession, who now designs newer drugs on computers! I am 3 years into my PhD, is a fitness “freak” or “maniac” (whatever you want to call me!) and love cooking.
Cooking is my passion and I am a great believer of the science that contributes it! Fitness comes with food and not just exercise, but there is a great deal of science involved in choosing the right ingredients that contributes to it. Why most people give up on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, is the idea of eating bland. I am here to break the notion that food that contributes to good health, doesn’t have to be bland. You do not need to give up on what you like eating, you just need to choose carefully, keeping your food as good as it should taste like.
